We hope you are pleased with all of your Mary's Twist purchases. However, if you find that your item is faulty or damaged please contact us at welcome@marystwist.co.uk Please provide your name, order number, and email address.
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your items to us.
To be eligible for a return at Mary’s Twist the product that you purchased must be unworn, unused, still in its original packaging, with tags and in the same condition as you received it. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We reserve the right to refuse returns if original item is not received in original condition.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
You will be responsible for paying the costs of shipping your item back to us. The costs of shipping are non-refundable and non-negotiable. If you are issued a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from it.
Non-Returnable Goods
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, custom products such as special orders, personalised items or gift cards.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is faulty, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded in the form of store credit. within 10 business days.
